There is small fee for us to re-direct your parcel to a new address within the same region. 

If you require the parcel to be delivered outside of your original delivery region, please contact us and we can help

Drivers licence, passport, 18+ card are all accepted forms of identification. 
If you are a student, we will accept your student ID.
